Newsletter campaigns can now be assigned to a group to make bulk newsletter actions easier. Individual campaigns can only be assigned to one group. We recommend setting up your newsletter groups by newsletter type.
Group Reporting includes Overview metrics, Lifetime Activity, and Annual Engagement for Newsletter Campaigns. All Groups must be setup prior to accessing these reporting capabilities. Please note, Annual Email email Engagement metrics refresh nightly.
To setup your newsletter groups you have to be a Client Admin. If you do not have this access, please contact your Client Success contact.
To setup a group, click the gear icon in the top right and select "Groups."
To create a new group, click the "New Group" button on the right.
Name the new group and click "Add Campaigns."
Once a newsletter is added to a campaign, it cannot belong to any other campaigns. To edit or move a campaign, click the edit box to the right of the group.
Click "x" to the right of the campaign that you would like to remove from the group.
