Overview


To view a campaign’s combined send metrics from the Reporting tab, click the desired campaign name in the campaign table or click the Report button in the Actions column of the desired campaign. The campaign’s report displays.

Annual Email Engagement

At the top of the Campaign Overview is the Annual Email Engagement section (if the campaign included email). This shows the number of unique 'touchpoints', Open Reach, Click to Open Reach, Repeat Open Reach, and Opt Out Rate for your campaign over the last 12 months.


Touchpoints

A touchpoint is recorded each time a subscriber interacts with a unique campaign message for the first time.


Open Reach

The percentage of subscribers that have opened at least one message sent in the past year. This is useful for understanding how much of the total audience you’re reaching over time and how healthy your list is.


Click to Open Reach



The overall percentage of subscribers who chose to click after opening a message. This is useful in measuring relevancy of content and effectiveness of any calls-to-action in driving clicks.


Repeat Open Reach
The percentage of subscribers who have opened multiple unique messages in the last twelve months. This is useful for gauging how much of your list is repeatedly engaging with your campaign.

Opt-Out Rate

The percentage of subscribers on the campaign you lost to opt outs in the past year. Measuring over an annual period gives you an improved picture independent of sending frequency.


Campaign Level Metrics

The Campaign Level reporting page includes numerous important metrics on each Campaign.


Lifetime Email Activity

Delivery Rate - The percentage of emails successfully delivered across all sends in the campaign.

Open Rate - The percentage of emails opened across all sends.

Click To Open Rate - A ratio of Unique Clicks to Unique Opens, across all sends in the campaign.



Total Sent - The total number of emails send across all sends in the campaign.


Delivered- The total number of emails successfully delivered across all sends in the campaign.


Total Opens - The total number of email opens across all sends.


Unique Opens - The total number of unique opens across all sends in the campaign (each Subscriber on each send being counted only once as a Unique Open).


Total Clicks - A total of all clicks across all sends in the campaign.


Unique Clicks - The total number of unique clicks across all sends (where each Subscriber/email interaction is one Unique Click). A subscriber can have only one unique click per Send at this level of reporting. Unique Clicks per send roll up to a total on the Campaign.


Click-Through Rate - A ratio of Unique Clicks to Emails Delivered, across all sends. in the campaign.


 


Opt-Outs - The total number of one-click unsubscribes on all sends in the campaign.


Opt-Out Rate - the rate of opt outs to emails delivered across all sends in the campaign.


Spam Complaints - the number of spam complaints made against emails in the campaign.


 


Total Bounces - The total of hard and block bounce events for all sends in the campaign.


Block Bounces - The total of block bounces on all sends in the campaign.


Hard Bounces - The total of hard bounces on all sends in the campaign.


 


SMS Metrics (displayed only if SMS is a channel on the send)


Sent - The total number of SMS messages sent for all sends in the campaign.


Delivered - The total number of SMS messages delivered for all sends in the campaign.


Failed - The total number of failed SMS transmissions for all sends in the campaign.


Opt-Outs - The total number of SMS subscriptions from all sends in the campaign.


 


Fax Metrics (displayed only if fax is a channel on the send)


Sent - The total number of faxes sent for all sends in the campaign.


Delivered - The total number of faxes delivered for all sends in the campaign.


Failed - The total number of failed fax transmissions for all sends in the campaign.


 


Sends Table

The Sends tab on the Campaign Reporting screen shows a list of all Sends within the campaign.


The Sends table contains the following columns:


  • Send Name: This column displays the names given to all sends within the campaign. Click on the name of a send to be redirected to that send’s information. See Access Send Reporting for more information.

    Note: Click the up/down arrow icon next to the Send Name column label to sort the sends in alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order.
     
  • Sent: This column displays the date that the Send was sent.
     
  • Channels: This column displays the icons which depict the various send channels being used in the send. The channels icon options are as follows: email (letter); SMS (speech bubble), and fax (fax machine).
     
  • Actions: This column contains one button, Report, which enables you to view the Send’s reporting information. See Access Send Reporting for more information.
