After you have created email content, created a campaign, created a send, and either attached subscribers to the campaign send from a List or identified them as related to the send via a segment, you can send an email.


  1. Create an email message.
  2. Create a Standard Campaign. (For now, we'll stick to Standard Campaigns. Automated Campaigns are more complicated and require more setup. For this reason, Questline generally sets up Automated Campaigns for clients. More information on Automated Campaigns can be found here.)
  3. Create a Campaign Send.

  4. Select to send to either a List or a Segment from the Campaign Send, an if you would like to include a seed list.
  5. Attach an email Message to the Campaign Send.
  6. Test the email in the Campaign Send.
  7. Send the Campaign Send.
