Overview

From the reporting tab, on the Campaigns list, the Campaign Sends list, or within a Campaign send report, you can choose to compare multiple send reports.

If you choose to Compare Sends from the top level Campaigns list, you can select multiple sends from across Campaigns - even mixing Standard and Newsletter campaigns.

If you choose to Compare Sends from within a Campaign or on a Send report, Engage will filter to show only other sends within the current Campaign.

Compare Sends Button

Each of the screens listed above have a Compare Sends button in the top right, as shown here:

Click this button on any of these pages to open the Compare Sends page.

Selecting Sends to Compare

Clicking the Compare Sends button opens up the Compare Sends page.

From here, you can check multiple Campaign Sends for comparison. If you opened the Compare Sends page from within a specific Send Report, that Campaign Send will be pre-selected in the checkboxes.

You can sort the displayed list of sends by Send Name, Campaign Name, or Sent date, either ascending or descending.

You can search for Sends by Campaign or Send name, and also use the page numbers, Previous and Next links, and First/Last page links to navigate through multiple pages of results.

After selecting the Campaign Sends you want to compare, click the Compare Selected button in the top right to process the comparison and display the Compare Sends Report. Or, click Clear All to undo your selections.

Compare Sends Report

The Compare Sends Report displays the following details for the selected Campaign Sends:

You can select the Remove icon (X) under the Actions column on the far right to remove a row from the list of reports.

As with similar displays in Engage, you can click the arrows next to each data column header to sort the results in ascending or descending order on that column.
