After your account has been set up, you can begin creating messages for Campaign Sends.


  1. Log into Engage.
  2. Click the Messages link on the top menu of the Engage window.
  3. The Email tab is the default tab displayed when selecting the Messages function.
  4. Follow the steps in the Manage Email Messages section of this help site to learn how to create email messages.You can create emails by pasting or uploading HTML, or by using an email Template.

    NOTE: If you paste content into the Engage window to put in an email message, DO NOT paste from Microsoft Word or any other formatted source. This will cause formatting issues with the created email.
  5. After you have created an email message, you can go on to create Campaigns and, within a Campaign, Campaign Sends.
