Some email addresses are excluded from automated import based on the words or characters in the address. This is an intentional process to avoid potential negative impacts to your deliverability.
During either a manual subscriber list import or a scheduled Data Import of subscribers, Engage will reject the import of any subscriber with an email address including one of a pre-defined set of likely “group inbox” or “no reply” prefixes/local parts. Emails to addresses of this type are more likely to be considered spam, and therefore to impact deliverability ratings.
This automatic suppression prevents email addresses that include these strings from being added via import, but subscribers owning addresses of this type can still sign up via a Sites landing page.
Any email address that matches the following list of mailboxes (the characters before the @domain part of the address) will be excluded, and the exclusion reported in the error report for the import.
