The RelationshipBuilder newsletter tracking metrics do not include subscribers who are designated as employees. If the number of messages sent does not match the number of results returned when searching your customer list for Active subscribers, this may be because you have internal staff designated as employees. To check this, search your customer list using an advanced search filter. Set the "Customer/Employee" search field to "Customer".
